Herberto Smith is an editorial and commercial photographer based between Byron Bay, Australia and Lisbon, Portugal.

Herberto offers educational, creative and mentorship programs supporting youth in community.

His work passionately captures unique & interesting stories from the periphery, bringing visibility to people & places that have mostly been unseen. 

Through documentary, environmental portraiture and storytelling, his primary focus is the people he meets along the way, creating intimate moments, sharing stories, bringing depth and insight to the deepest of human experiences.
